The IPA is a nonprofit educational membership only  organization for the purpose of educating its members and the general orchid public and is an educational entity.  All content, image and text, are covered under the Fair Use doctrine.  All copywrite materials are used with the express permission of the copywrite owner.  The IPA is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(C)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code.  All contributions are tax deductible in the US.
