"The Journal 'Phalaenopsis'
With the founding of the International Phalaenopsis Alliance our publications began with Newsletters. After a number of years, and growing membership, a printed journal was authorized by the Board of Directors. This hardcopy publication was a membership only offering. Our end publication was December, 2025, with Volume 35, Quarter 4, 2025. The IPA Website will continue to be partially available until, June, 2027, at which time it will go dark.
With changing times, access to more efficient download times and the ability to offer the journal as an electronic offering, the IPA Board once again gave its blessing in streamlining our publications outreach of the journal. In December, due to various reasons, the IPA Executive Board voted to shut down the IPA. These publications will remain available until the current IPA Web subscription expires mid-year. In the meantime, a group of IPA members are maintaining an Phalaenopsis FaceBook presence which may accessed at The Phalaenopsis Connection on FaceBook.
